Terms of service
Effective date: 24 September 2026
By accessing www.willakrauseskincare.co.za ("the Site") or buying from it, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by WK Online (Pty) Ltd (Registration number 2001/014824/07), trading as Willa Krause Skin Care ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are read together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").
1. General
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products
- We describe and picture products as accurately as possible, but colours and textures may vary on different screens.
- Product information and skin-type guidance on the Site is general and is not medical advice. Always read the label, do a patch test before first use, and consult a doctor for skin conditions.
- Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Prices may change without notice, but the price at checkout applies to your order.
4. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, subject to stock availability and our acceptance.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment.
- We may cancel an order for stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any amount paid in full.
5. Payment
Payment can be made through any of the secure payment gateways offered at checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of payment and delivered as set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Cooling-off, returns and refunds
- Under ECTA you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will only be responsible for the direct cost of returning them.
- Defective products are covered by the CPA's 6-month warranty.

8. Independent Consultants
Purchases made through Independent Willa Krause Consultants are also subject to the Willa Krause Skin Care Independent Consultant Agreement. Consultants may not resell, reproduce or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Willa Krause name, logos, images, product names and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
10. Privacy and data protection
We process your personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA, or liability for our gross negligence.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, Pretoria.
