Willa Krause Skin Care delivers online orders anywhere in South Africa by courier, to the address you give at checkout.

Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours of payment being confirmed.
- Standard delivery takes place during office hours. There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays, so please choose a delivery address where someone is available during the day.
- Delivery times depend on your address and postal code. Main centres usually receive orders within 2–4 working days; outlying areas can take longer.
- We guarantee delivery within 7 working days of dispatch. If we miss this, contact us and we will refund your delivery fee.
During checkout, the delivery options available for your address and postal code will be shown.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.
Dispatch address
Orders are dispatched from 71 Tian Street, Rynoue AH, Pretoria, 0038. Collection is not offered; all orders are delivered by courier.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver because nobody is available or the address is incorrect, re-delivery may carry an additional fee.
Consultant and salon orders
Orders placed through an Independent Willa Krause Consultant or salon follow that consultant's delivery arrangements.
